Refund Policy

1. Digital Access
Because Vault In grants immediate access to premium digital content, membership fees are generally non-refundable once access is granted.
2. Exceptions
Duplicate charges or verified technical billing errors are refunded to the original payment method after review.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the current period ends.
4. How To Request
Raise a ticket via Support → Payment Support with your transaction reference. We respond within a few business days.
